Turn5, Inc. is seeking a Sales Tech I to assist customers in selecting automotive accessories and completing purchases. This role focuses on supporting online shoppers across our brands, delivering confident recommendations and timely service.

You will work remotely, with weekend shifts and performance bonuses. The position emphasizes multi-tasking, strong communication, and a passion for automotive enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must gain automotive knowledge across supported vehicles.
• Excellent sales ability and basic product knowledge or ability to learn.
• Proficient keyboarding and internet skills; reliable PC and internet speed.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications via calls, texts, emails, and chats about orders, product inquiries, and returns.
• Make outbound calls and texts to follow up on sales leads and close sales.
• Take inbound calls, tickets, and chats from queues as directed by leadership.
• Use product knowledge to sell automotive accessories and suggest upgrades where appropriate.
• Build rapport with customers to foster repeat business and provide excellent service.
• Process orders, returns, and inquiries; update CRM and tickets accurately.
