Sedgwick, a global leader in claims administration, seeks a Claims Representative for Auto | Property Damage in a remote telecommuter capacity. You will analyze and process auto and liability property damage claims, negotiate settlements, and maintain detailed claim documentation.

The role emphasizes subrogation opportunities, client communication, and high-quality service. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and licenses as required; knowledge of personal/commercial lines and strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• PC literate and able to use MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Develop action plans to meet deadlines and resolve files promptly.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and manage salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintain professional client relations and document files accurately.
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on assignments.
