Qualifications

• Ability to review and assess Property Damage estimates, and related expenses.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; PC literate.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Develop action plans to meet state contract deadlines and move files to resolution.
• Identify subrogation opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Maintain professional client relations and document accurately.
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims.
