Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims in a telecommuter capacity. You will assess damages, determine payments, and document files while maintaining strong client communication.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, state adjusting licenses, and excellent written and verbal communication, along with analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes auto and general liability property damage claims; assesses damage, makes payments, and codes files.
• Develops action plans to meet deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities; handles salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and agent/adjuster.
• Supports quality programs and travels as required.
