Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Transportation Physical Damage Claims Adjuster to deliver top-tier customer service and manage a dynamic inventory of claims across the United States. You will educate customers, triage claims, and drive settlements with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of commercial transportation claims experience, an active adjuster license ( DHS acceptable), and the ability to obtain all required licenses within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; not having one should not stop you if you meet other qualifications.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state license if available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license.
• Willingness to obtain all licenses within 60 days and complete state-required testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants.
• Gather necessary information from customers to initiate the claim and explain policy, coverage, and action.
• Manage an inventory of claims, establish initial reserves, and adjust as needed throughout the claim.
• Coordinate repair of damaged vehicles and assist with rental reimbursement.
• Communicate with involved parties and negotiate settlements within approved authority.
