Responsabilités

• Handle customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and live chats regarding orders, product inquiries and returns.
• Follow up on sales leads and close sales through outbound communications.
• Take inbound calls, texts, tickets and chats from all queues as needed.
• Sell automotive accessories using product knowledge to drive upgrades and add-ons.
• Meet or exceed bi-weekly sales goals and performance metrics.
