Job description

FULLY REMOTE Car Mechanic

Pay: $18/hr.

We are seeking a Remote Car Mechanic to play a critical role in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry within a rapidly growing organization.

You will work from home in an inbound call center environment, reviewing requests from automotive repair shops and approving or declining repairs based on client policies.

Training is from 9am to 5pm

Must be flexible with shifts, which include 5-day shifts either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, with the following hours:

1. 7am-3:30pm
2. 8am-4:30pm
3. 9am-5:30pm
4. 10am-6:30pm
5. 11am-7:30pm

A Day in the Life

• Leverage your technical skills while working from home.
• Respond to incoming calls from drivers and suppliers to resolve inquiries regarding technical and non-technical issues.
• Provide service assistance and directions to drivers and clients.
• Answer supplier calls and create electronic repair invoices.
• Negotiate repair prices when appropriate and review requests for compliance with client policies.
• Authorize valid repairs to manage vehicle maintenance costs and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Make outbound calls to initiate services, follow up, or resolve open issues.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $18.00/hr.
