You’ll handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with energy, empathy, and clear guidance, educating customers on options and closing tailored packages remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening in every interaction.
• Ability to manage priorities while delivering high-quality service.
