Job summary

GoAuto Insurance is seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell Auto Insurance. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance for training or meetings.

We offer very competitive noncommissioned pay with a full benefits package including matching 401k, paid holidays and PTO. Licensure in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Strong ability to build and leverage client relationships.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines auto policies for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on policy options to fit their needs.
• Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and support office operations.
• Meet and exceed production and sales goals through education and retention.
• Develop and manage client relationships to serve as a resource on GoAuto products.
