Job summary

GoAuto Insurance is seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell Auto Insurance. Quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines policies for new and existing clients will be your core responsibility.

You will educate clients on the best fit for their needs, answer phones, and support office operations. A license is required; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required, with a high level of initiative and client service focus.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Connects quickly; builds and leverages client and coworker relationships.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• High initiative, drive, and desire to learn new skills and information.
• Passion, autonomy and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines auto policies for new and existing clients.
• Educate and advise clients on what best fits their needs.
• Answer phones, assist walk-in clients, support office operations and all company departments.
• Meet and exceed production and sales goals through education and retention of clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local businesses.
• Develop and manage client relationships to serve as a resource on GoAuto products.
