Job summary

GoAuto Insurance is seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell Auto Insurance. We offer very competitive noncommissioned pay with a full benefits package including matching 401k. No cold calling – Our Clients come to us.

We write only auto insurance for one carrier. Paid holidays & formal Paid Time Off program. Primary responsibilities include quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines insurance policies, educating clients, answering phones, and meeting production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service personal lines auto policies.
• Educate clients on policy options and fit.
• Answer phones and assist walk-in clients; support office operations.
• Meet/exceed production and sales goals through product knowledge and retention.
• Develop relationships with clients and community partners; manage renewals.
