Qualifications

• Experience in auto damage assessment.
• Proficiency with CCC One estimating software.
• Strong negotiation and time‑management skills.
• Residence in central New Jersey or nearby (Middlesex/Union counties).

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage in the field and document losses accurately.
• Write repair estimates per company guidelines and take detailed photos.
• Manage estimating process, including supplements and negotiations with facilities.
• Schedule and complete inspections with focus on timely, high‑quality service.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with customers and partners.
