Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an experienced Material Damage Claims Estimator to support the Auto Physical Damage Operation in evaluating vehicle damage, writing estimates, and determining repair costs. You will communicate with members, owners, and shops, verifying compliance with regulations and liaising across departments.

Qualifications

Advanced understanding of automotive repair processes and damage assessment.
Ability to accurately estimate repair costs using estimating software.
Experience with Microsoft Office and industry software.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate vehicle repair estimates compliant with guidelines and regulations.
Explain claim and repair processes to insureds, claimants, and repair facilities.
Document estimates with photos and detailed descriptions in claim files.
