Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a Material Damage Claims Specialist to accurately produce internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations for the REPO Plus department. You will act as the physical damage SME, auditing outside carrier estimates and contributing to QA goals.

The role includes training new staff, assisting adjusters and analysts, and collaborating on system integrations (e.g., CCC with PEGA). Remote-friendly with a strong emphasis on meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years of work experience in the field.
• Maintain state licensing and continuing education as needed.
• Training in automobile physical damage (ICAR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations for REPO Plus claim files (80%).
• Serve as Physical Damage SME; assist with QA, audits, and OIC reviews (10%).
• Provide initial and evergreen training on physical damage processes (10%).
