Community Resources for Independence (CRI) is seeking an Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) Supports Coordinator. This remote role involves coordinating services for individuals with Autism within Pennsylvania, traveling to meetings as needed, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience providing case management or ASD-related services.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Adults under Autism Waiver services.
• Coordinate and monitor ISPs using a person-centered approach.
• Schedule and attend planning-team meetings and document progress.
