• Must be cleared by PA State Police criminal history check; CPR and First Aid certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to residents to promote independence.
• Implement age-appropriate duties for residents.
• Monitor medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain safety and infection-control policies within the program.
• Travel throughout the community to transport residents to work, school, and activities as required.
