Consumer Direct Care Network, Missoula, MT, is seeking an Authorizations Associate to enter client demographic packets and service authorizations, enabling accurate time entry and billing. You will review packets for accuracy, troubleshoot issues with local offices, and prepare basic reports to flag errors impacting payroll and billing.

The role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and effective multitasking within a growing national home-and-community-based services provider.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior office experience preferred.
• Be able to successfully pass a background screening.
• Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Process specifically assigned client packets, authorizations, and eligibility checks timely and accurately.
• Prepare and work reports to meet all deadlines for shift entry, payroll, and billing.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Engage in and facilitate positive and cohesive team environments.
• Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision‑making skills.
