Job summary

D2B is seeking a Loan Processor aligned with Australian hours to join our remote team. You will execute loan structures from data entry to unconditional approval, ensuring 100% accuracy and fast turnaround.

Responsibilities include end-to-end submissions via ApplyOnline and lender portals, handling simple residential files, and collaborating on complex cases with the Credit Specialist. A high-volume pipeline experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a Loan Processor for an Australian Mortgage Brokerage.
• Experience with ApplyOnline, MyCRM, and lender portals.
• Strong understanding of identity verification, payslip analysis, and living expense categorization.

Responsibilities

• Submit end-to-end applications via ApplyOnline and lender portals with zero errors.
• Independently manage simple residential files from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the Credit Specialist on complex files; handle document verification and MIR management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for lenders to push files through to approval.
• Document workflows and templates to support an Operations Manual as the business scales.
