Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years loan processing experience using Connective and Mercury Nexus.
• Additional 1-2 years experience in the Australian mortgage or lending industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan applications through various stages of the process.
• Assist with preparing and lodging applications via Connective and Mercury Nexus.
• Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and ready for submission.
• Maintain clean and organised file structures.
• Request and follow up on required documents from clients.
• Communicate with clients via email to request documents and provide updates.
• Assist credit analysts with document collection and file preparation.
