Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent balance of education and work experience.
• Exhibit expert understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and professional judgment.
• Able to meet internal deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing and technical issues.
• Oversee completion of engagements and identify/solve problem areas with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance in technical areas and evaluating performance.
• Assist Principals and Partners with identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Turn acquired knowledge into high-value opportunities for Firm clients.
• Promote the Firm’s image through conferences, publications and recruiting events.
• Develop and grow client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
• Increase office profitability by time management and efficiency.
