Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred or required.
• 3–7+ years in public accounting or related experience.
• CPA license required; strong accounting and tax knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to completion with minimal supervision.
• Oversee staff and provide mentoring and evaluations.
• Assist Principals with pursuing new clients and business development.
• Enhance client relationships and firm profitability through high-quality service.
