ESCA is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead engagements for US and international clients. This 100% remote role requires managing teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and handling complex IFRS-based accounting matters.

We offer up to $5,000 net per month plus an annual KPI-based bonus, with flexible scheduling and full remote work. English proficiency and strong communication are essential for client calls and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of external audit experience with leadership of engagements and teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Proven experience in audit quality review, deadline management, and client/stakeholder communication.
• Strong written and spoken English for lead client calls and reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn firm audit methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of US and international audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Plan resources, monitor deadlines, and ensure audit quality with client communication.
• Lead audit teams, review work, and mentor junior staff.
• Resolve complex accounting matters under IFRS and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to client relationship management and business development.
• Perform audit procedures independently when required.
