Audit Manager | Remote | Up to $5,000 net + annual bonus

We are an audit firm providing audit and assurance services to clients in the US and other international markets. We are expanding our international audit practice and looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage teams, and ensure high-quality delivery for international clients.

Location: 100% remote

Compensation: Up to $5,000 net per month

Annual bonus: Up to 20%, based on KPIs

English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Employment: FOP (Ukrainian individual entrepreneur)

Military reservation: Not available

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of US and international audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Plan resources, monitor deadlines, ensure audit quality, and maintain effective client communication.
• Lead audit teams, review their work, and support team members’ professional development.
• Resolve complex accounting matters under IFRS and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to client relationship management and business development.
• Perform audit procedures independently when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in external audit, including leadership of audit engagements and teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Proven experience in audit quality review, deadline management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English, sufficient to independently lead client calls, prepare correspondence and reports, and discuss complex accounting matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply the firm’s internal audit methodology and tools.

Education and Certifications

• A relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• ACCA, ACA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience with international audits and cross-border clients is highly desirable.
• Previous experience at a Big Four or Top 10 audit firm is a plus, not a must.
