About the Company:

AV law firm based in Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to join the North Carolina team of our Creditors’ Rights practice.

Must reside near population areas of Raleigh/Durham/Greensboro/Chapel Hill.

The Associate Attorney will collaborate with the firm’s other North Carolina lawyers and the broader Creditors’ Rights department to deliver outstanding service to the firm’s clients with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. This position involves travel for frequent court appearances in North Carolina.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience in North Carolina. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina. Virginia and/or Maryland licensure is a plus. The individual must be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Recent law school graduates who have passed the North Carolina bar are welcome to apply.

Required Skills:

Pay range and compensation package:
