Alignerr is seeking an Atmospheric Science expert for AI training in a fully remote, hourly-contract role. You will tackle advanced atmospheric problems, design scientifically rigorous statements, and evaluate AI-generated content within a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in Atmospheric Science or a closely related field, with strong Python or R skills and a track record in climate modeling, meteorology, or sustainability science.

• Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science or closely related field.
• Strong expertise in climate modeling or atmospheric dynamics.
• Proficient in Python or R for research or data analysis.
• Exceptional written communicator with ability to explain complex science clearly.
• Detail-oriented and rigorous with commitment to scientific accuracy.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solve, and review advanced atmospheric science problems with real-world relevance and scientific rigor.
• Apply expertise in climate modeling, meteorology, ecology, or sustainability to design complex problem statements.
• Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, depth, and logical soundness.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning.
• Ensure clarity and scientific integrity across all deliverables.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
