Alignerr is seeking an Atmospheric Science expert for AI training in a fully remote, hourly-contract role. You will tackle advanced atmospheric problems, design scientifically rigorous statements, and evaluate AI-generated content within a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in Atmospheric Science or a closely related field, with strong Python or R skills and a track record in climate modeling, meteorology, or sustainability science.

Who You Are

• Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Meteorology, Environmental Science, or a closely related field
• Strong expertise in one or more of: climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, ecology, or sustainability science
• Proficient in Python or R for research or data analysis
• Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science clearly and precisely
• Detail-oriented and rigorous, with a commitment to scientific accuracy
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or AI training workflows
• Familiarity with numerical modeling tools or climate simulation frameworks
• Background in academic publishing, peer review, or scientific writing
• Experience designing problem sets, coursework, or research challenges
