Job summary

Brink’s is seeking an Applications Business Analyst to join our Information Technology organization. This remote role focuses on learning and growing within the global ATM managed services business, coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to define requirements, document scope, and support integration and QA.

You will act as a technical lead, create user stories, wireframes, and training materials, and collaborate across Brink’s departments to ensure successful implementations

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Agile software development (writing user stories, sprint reviews, sprint planning)
• 3+ years working with software development teams or external dev vendors
• Experience in service or support teams or operational application development

• Gather and document business requirements for development requests
