Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Atlassian Engineer / Migration Lead to work remotely with a federal customer. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements across Jira and Confluence, serving as administrator to optimize collaboration and workflows.

You will translate business needs into technical configurations, document processes, and deliver user training to ensure adoption, including Atlassian Datacenter migration to SaaS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence for software development and/or operations teams.
• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) in Jira.
• Experience developing dashboards and filters for leadership metrics.
• Knowledge of forms, reporting design, data modeling for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Jira and Confluence environments for the enterprise.
• Lead Atlassian Datacenter migration to Atlassian Government Cloud (SaaS).
• Coordinate migration developers/engineers and deliver scalable configurations.
