Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) is seeking a Full-time Remote Pilot Operator to join the Controller Training Solutions team at the Atlanta ARTCC (ZTL) in Hampton, GA.

You will simulate pilot actions and communications for air traffic controller training exercises, using radar display and voice systems, and ensure accurate ATC phraseology during training sessions. The role requires completing classroom and lab certifications, U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; basic computer proficiency and ability to read diagrams/manuals.
• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate the training simulator as the pilot and other controllers in the room.
• Input entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions and use proper ATC phraseology.
• Translate displayed information into ATC terminology and respond to students via voice/comms system.
