Job summary

PenBay seeks Remote Pilot Operator(s) in Windsor Locks, CT. No aviation experience required, but familiarity with aviation terms is helpful. This is a full-time role focused on simulation operations for training students.

You will operate CRT/keyboard/VCS to simulate pilot actions and ATC communications, translate data into proper terminology, and respond via VCS. FAA-style certification and security screening may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a comparable position.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy, reading and interpreting manuals.
• Ability to communicate clearly; familiarity with MS Office desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate CRT/keyboard/VCS to simulate pilot actions and ATC communications.
• Translate displayed information into proper ATC terminology and respond via VCS.
• Work with instructors to support training scenarios and student pilots.
