Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Seven or more years of fundraising leadership experience.
• Proven record in major and principal gifts.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Experience with boards and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead university fundraising and engagement programs.
• Develop and execute annual, major, and planned gift plans.
• Collaborate with chancellor, faculty, and leadership to advance priorities.
• Manage and grow a donor relations and stewardship program.
• Oversee alumni relations, donor communications, and campaign efforts.
