Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to deliver outpatient services through our telehealth platform. This remote role supports patients across the lifespan, with a focus on accessibility and affordability in mental health care.

The team operates 100% remotely, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth while serving diverse populations. Bilingual Spanish candidates receive additional compensation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Treatment planning.
• Comfortable with utilizing technology for telehealth and internal tools.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient telehealth therapy services.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and case notes.
