Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to deliver outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program. Work remotely from home with a Mon-Fri schedule and shift options 10a-7p or 11a-8p ET.

Eligible employees can receive a bonus structure in addition to comprehensive benefits and an annual growth stipend. We value multilingual capabilities (English; Spanish preferred) and prioritize privacy, HIPAA compliance, and patient-centered care across Medicaid and other payer

Qualificações

• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.
• Meets background/regulatory requirements for clinical roles.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth program.
• Collaborate with patients to develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and records.
• Engage with care teams to ensure continuous patient support.
