Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth. Remote work from home with a Monday–Friday schedule (10am–7pm or 11am–8pm ET). Competitive benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and education stipends.

Bilingual candidates (Spanish) receive additional compensation. Requirements include a Master's degree and licensure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace, and unrestricted work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field with licensure.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Home workspace must ensure HIPAA privacy and patient safety.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient therapy through our telehealth program.
• Deliver services remotely during a Monday–Friday schedule (10am–7pm or 11am–8pm ET).
• Maintain comprehensive treatment planning and client progress notes.
