Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to deliver outpatient mental health care via telehealth. The role is fully remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree and licensure, and have right to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure to practice in the United States.
• Unrestricted US work authorization; no visa sponsorship supported.
• Home workspace privacy compliant with HIPAA.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve recovery goals using telehealth tools.
