Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services via a telehealth program. All team members work 100% remotely from home with a Monday–Friday schedule and shift options of 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm EST.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity for growth through annual education stipends. Requirements include a Master's degree with licensure and unrestricted US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus licensure required.
• Unrestricted US work authorization (no sponsorship now or in future).
• Privacy-focused home workspace for HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via Brave Health's telehealth program.
• Work with care team to coordinate treatment planning and progress.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and secure communication.
• Deliver services in a remote setting with flexible schedule options.
