Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineer (FSI) to lead and scale a high-performing pre-sales team in the Financial Services & Insurance domain. This remote US role focuses on AI-driven customer experience solutions and regulatory-aware deployments.

You will recruit top talent, develop scalable processes, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engin​eering to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth across the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales with 3–5+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of solution engineers.
• Develop scalable pre-sales motions across a high-volume FSI segment.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top solution engineering talent.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline strategy and account coverage.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and prioritize roadmap.
• Coordinate with Professional Services to ensure smooth handoffs to implementation.
