Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one language such as C# or Python with readable, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication for teamwork.
• Willingness to learn AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with AI tooling and data pipelines is a plus.
• Awareness of secure software development and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Contribute to feature development and technical solutions.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Investigate defects, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
• Develop and execute tests to validate functionality and performance.
