Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an AI Infrastructure / Product Engineer in the United States. You will bridge AI research and production-ready product development in health tech, turning experiments into reliable, scalable features and workflows.

You will design benchmarks, build dashboards, deploy cloud infrastructure, and create production services such as retrieval, drafting, document processing, and agent workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software/infra engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and cloud deployment experience.
• Experience developing APIs, backend services, and deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building evaluation pipelines for ML/AI systems.
• Ability to translate research ideas into production-ready products.
• Interest in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or document automation.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, and vector databases.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement repeatable benchmarks and evaluation pipelines for AI systems.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring tools for system performance and quality trends.
• Transform research prototypes into production-ready retrieval, drafting, and document-processing workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tools for experimentation and release.
• Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure including databases and delivery pipelines.
• Establish processes for continuously testing and improving AI system quality.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to translate findings into practical features.
• Turn evolving research concepts into reliable software solutions.
