You will maintain project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and prepare status reports across RWE programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience with RWE, clinical research, or health tech environments.
• Strong organization and multi-project management skills.
• Experience using Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers for multiple RWE studies.
• Support study execution activities including stage-gate reviews and data locks.
• Ensure alignment between study protocols, SAPs, and change control documentation.
• Coordinate milestones across engineering, data, and statistics teams.
• Prepare project status reports with timeline, scope, budget, resources, and quality metrics.
• Manage stage-gate processes and maintain project records.
• Maintain issue logs and follow up on owners and due dates.
