Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is hiring a Project Manager II/Senior in Real World Evidence (RWE) and Late Phase Research. The role oversees RWE studies, coordinates cross-functional teams, leads kick-off and client meetings, and ensures projects stay on time and within budget.

You will develop timelines and management plans, monitor risks, and deliver high-quality reports to clients and senior management, while training teams on CTMS/eTMF and data systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in a health science field, epidemiology, public health, pharmaceutical or medical device research
• At least 5 years real world evidence, clinical or related drug/device research
• Experience with real world evidence, drug development and/or medical writing is preferred
• Experience in oversight of Monitoring activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage RWE clinical studies and other clinical projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary study teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead study kick-off meetings and ongoing client meetings.
• Develop timelines, trackers, and project management plans.
• Monitor risks and escalate issues to leadership with proposed solutions.
• Prepare deliverables and provide status reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure proper training and use of CTMS, eTMF, data systems, and other tools.
