CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II/Senior in Real World Evidence to oversee observational and late-phase studies. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain client relationships from kickoff through close-out.

The role requires a health-science degree and 5+ years in RWE or related fields, with experience in CTMS/eTMF and data systems. Hybrid work options and a global project slate are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health science or related field.
• 5+ years in real world evidence, clinical or related drug/device research.
• Experience with RWE, drug development process and/or medical writing preferred.
• Experience overseeing monitoring activities is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate operational aspects of RWE studies and projects.
• Manage multi-functional study teams from kickoff to close-out.
• Organize client meetings and develop timelines, trackers, and plans.
• Monitor risks, escalate issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare deliverables and provide status reports to clients and management.
• Ensure use of CTMS, eTMF, data systems, and SmartSheet across programs.
