Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in architecture, construction management or related permitting/project management.
• Background in commercial/retail permitting.
• Strong research skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and permitting leaders.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end completion of permit research projects.
• Collaborate closely with AI/engineering teams to improve research accuracy, speed, and automation.
• Provide structured outputs that feed directly into customer-facing Permit Guides.
