Job summary

Pulley is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Research to drive fast, accurate permitting research that powers Pulley’s next generation of products and services. You will own end-to-end permit research projects and collaborate with AI/engineering teams to improve research accuracy, speed, and automation.

In this role you will provide structured outputs that feed directly into customer-facing Permit Guides, ensuring clarity; accuracy; and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in architecture, construction management or a related permitting/project management function.
• Background in commercial/retail permitting.
• Strong research skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and permitting leaders.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
