Job summary

Linx seeks an Associate Project Manager to support hyperscale data center projects, working with the Project Manager on scheduling, material tracking, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across the jobsite.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction project coordination or management, with exposure to data center environments and the ability to stay organized under fast-track timelines while communicating with field teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience in a construction environment.
• Exposure to data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proficiency with desktop software, especially Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination of project activities, including scheduling updates and action tracking.
• Maintain organized project files including RFIs, submittals, change logs, and closeout documentation.
• Support materials tracking, deliveries, and site readiness in collaboration with field teams.
• Act as liaison between field crews and project leadership to ensure clear communication.
• Track milestones, identify gaps, and follow up on critical path activities.
• Support client, GC, vendors, and internal communications through updates and reporting.
• Assist with QA/QC items, punch lists, and ensuring documentation aligns with project requirements.
• Help compile turnover packages and final documentation for project completion.
