Job summary

LINX is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support hyperscale data center projects. You will work with the Project Manager to assist with scheduling, material tracking, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across the jobsite.

The ideal candidate has exposure to construction or hyperscale data center environments and understands speed, accuracy, and organization in high-pressure builds. This role supports field teams and ensures alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or PM experience in a construction environment.
• Exposure to data center, low voltage, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proficient with desktop software, especially Microsoft Office; basic PM lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination, scheduling updates, meeting notes and action tracking.
• Maintain organized project files including RFIs, submittals, change logs, and closeout documentation.
• Track OFCI and CFCI materials, monitor deliveries, coordinate staging and site readiness.
• Act as liaison between field crews and project leadership to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
• Help track project milestones, identify gaps, and monitor critical path activities.
• Support communication flow between client, GC, vendors and internal teams through updates and reporting.
• Assist with QA/QC items, punch lists, and documentation alignment with requirements.
• Help compile turnover packages, test results, and final project documentation.
