Job summary

LINX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects from planning to completion. The role requires leadership to manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and compliance with industry standards, ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a construction leadership role on large-scale commercial projects, with data center infrastructure experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a project manager on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading hyperscale data center or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination from kickoff to closeout.
• Maintain regular updates with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee materials management, ordering, and procurement coordination.
• Lead manpower planning and team management for site work.
• Track milestones, change orders, and project documentation.
• Deliver closeout and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
