Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Germany to join the Consulting Services Go to Market Team. You will own and streamline delivery, ensuring projects progress on schedule and in scope, while coordinating revenue forecasting and invoicing from start to finish.

You will independently drive multiple engagements, maintain governance artifacts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks (AGILE, waterfall, hybrid).

• Comfort with Red Hat tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Smartsheet.
• PMI or Agile fundamentals certifications are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and track coordination across multiple parallel projects (up to 10–15 engagements).
• Drive the full delivery lifecycle from kick-off to final closure.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies per governance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and meeting summaries.
• Act as a proactive point of contact for customers and manage expectations.
• Organize workshops and delivery checkpoints with consultants and architects.
• Follow delivery methodologies to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor financials including hours, burn rate, and invoicing.
