Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Project Manager to partner with Project Managers and agency departments, ensuring smooth project delivery. You will support planning, meetings, and workflow, while growing toward leading a subset of accounts.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a Bachelor’s degree with travel flexibility. The position supports a collaborative agency environment that values curiosity, accountability, and teamwork, with enrichment through growth

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings; capture notes and next steps.
• Understand and advocate for workflow; lead online routing and QA.
• Provide clear, proactive communication to meet client expectations.
• Develop skills to become project lead on a set of accounts.
