Job summary

Uplight is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market initiatives for energy solutions. You will partner with Product, Sales, Insights, and Data Science to translate research into compelling messaging and collateral, and to accelerate adoption of Uplight’s products.

You will craft market analyses, develop positioning, and support training materials for the Commercial Team, while representing Uplight at events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in utility/energy/climate tech with market understanding.
• Excellent storytelling ability with measurable impact.
• Analytical synthesis of qualitative and quantitative research.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
